Nordency was built by people who have seen this market from both sides. One side is management consulting, the work itself and what the background actually prepares you for. The other side is recruitment, the processes companies run and where they lose good candidates along the way. That combination is the reason we started.

The market is in a real moment of disruption. Consulting careers are under pressure, AI is reshaping the core work, and strong consultants are reconsidering their next move. At the same time companies are pivoting and need people who can absorb new domains and execute under uncertainty. The willingness to move exists on one side. The need to hire exists on the other. What sits between them has not kept up.

Nordency closes that gap. We have built a curated network of consultants from top firms and we match them with companies that understand what that background is worth. Not through algorithms or volume, but through judgment, direct access, and screening done by people who have done the work themselves.

Every candidate is presented anonymously. Same format, no name, no gender. Companies evaluate on competence and fit, nothing else.
