• Your professional background, including current and previous employers, job titles, education, years of experience, and areas of specialization
• Your preferences regarding future roles, including desired company type, role type, geographic preferences, salary expectations, and current job search status
• Any additional information you choose to provide in free-text fields

When you contact us as a company, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any information you share about the roles you are looking to fill.

We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and timestamps through standard analytics tools.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Review and evaluate your application to the Nordency Group network
• Match your profile with relevant opportunities from companies in our network
• Create anonymized candidate profiles that are shared with potential employers

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Anonymization

When your profile is shared with a potential employer, it is anonymized. Your name, age, gender, photo, and other personally identifiable information are removed. Companies evaluate your profile based on your experience level, functional expertise, industry background, and stated preferences only.

Your identity is only shared with a company if you explicitly choose to move forward with a specific opportunity.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized Nordency Group team members who need it to operate the service.

Your rights under GDPR

As a user based in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights:

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data. This will remove your profile from the network.
• Portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
